Job Responsibility:
Delivering top-tier customer service via phone
Responding to inbound customer inquiries
Conducting outbound calls for follow-up purposes
Assist customers with troubleshooting, promotions, and complaints
Guiding customers through the application process

Requirements:
Fluent in English and French (mandatory)
Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center environment OR a financial services company
Prior experience in financial customer service (preferred)
Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
Experience with IVR systems an asset
Ability to work on multiple systems at one time
High attention to detail
Quiet office space free from distractions
