We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join a growing Manufacturer in Barrie. This role is perfect for a professional who balances a positive attitude with the technical 'know-how' to manage orders and support sales growth. In this dynamic position, you’re the hero behind the scenes. You’ll blend top-tier Customer Service. If you love staying busy and making a tangible impact, you’ll fit right in.

Job Responsibility:

  • Exhibit a positive, friendly, and helpful attitude with customers
  • Manage a large volume of incoming calls and emails
  • Input customer orders and returns accurately and efficiently
  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests promptly
  • Provide product/service information and offer substitute products where appropriate
  • Support Outside Sales team with quotes, follow ups and special projects

Requirements:

  • Customer service experience in an industrial or technical environment
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual in English and French is an asset
  • Knowledge or experience with hydraulics and pneumatics - product catalogues
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
