Job Responsibility:
Answer incoming calls and respond to emails from customers
Communicate with clients in both English and Spanish
Provide information about services, policies, and procedures
Resolve customer questions and concerns professionally
Enter and update information in company systems
Document interactions and maintain accurate records
Route requests to the appropriate departments
Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
Must be bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
Previous customer service, call center, or office experience preferred
