Job Responsibility:

Respond to and manage a high volume of phone and email inquiries from clients in both English and French
Prepare and process detailed quotes for conveyor belts and power transmission products
Accurately enter customer orders into the ERP or Salesforce system
Provide a high level of customer care by resolving client issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner
Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth and efficient order fulfillment
Maintain and update customer records with accurate information
Provide product information to clients
Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships

Requirements:

Fluent in both English and French, both written and verbal
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach
High level of accuracy and attention to detail as well as organizational and time-management skills
Experience with an ERP or Salesforce system is a significant asset
Ability to work effectively in a B2B environment
Experience in the industrial or a related industry is a MUST
