Job Description:

At CVS Health, we’re building a world of health care around every consumer. This role involves answering and documenting incoming contacts, handling prescription coverage questions, and organizing staff training sessions.

Job Responsibility:

Answers and documents all incoming contacts to determine their nature
Responds to complex calls related to specialized services
Ensures respect, kindness, and thorough answers for members to achieve customer satisfaction
Identifies data to determine and implement the appropriate course of action
Coordinates service recovery for complaints
Handles questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions
Communicates effectively with organizational departments to resolve issues
Organizes training sessions for staff on premium customer service
Performs required training to understand tools and recall necessary information
Documents correspondence and maintains confidential records

Requirements:

High School or GED equivalent
Bilingual Spanish
