Job Description:

Step into the world of finance as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative in the heart of Toronto. This is a 3 month contract to start with the potential for extension or permanency.

Job Responsibility:

Be the first point of contact for inbound and outbound calls, addressing concerns in both English and French
Display empathy and problem-solving skills as you assist customers with their prepaid visa card issues
Champion customer satisfaction by actively listening and providing solutions
Utilize your technical savvy to effectively manage customer inquiries
Ensure timely and professional responses to all customer emails, enhancing the overall customer experience

Requirements:

Demonstrate fluency in both English and French
Bring your call center experience to the table and excel in this role
