Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join a dynamic manufacturing team in Little Rock, Arkansas. Job Responsibility:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries, ensuring clear and accurate communication
Handle a high volume of calls while maintaining professionalism and efficiency
Assist customers in both English and another required language, addressing their concerns effectively
Record and update customer information in the system accurately
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues in a timely manner
Provide product and service information to customers to enhance their experience
Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor
Follow up on customer requests to ensure satisfaction and resolution
Maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures to provide accurate assistance

Requirements:

Proven experience in customer service or a related role
Bilingual proficiency in English and another required language
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to manage high call volumes with efficiency and professionalism
Familiarity with customer service software and tools
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
High school diploma or equivalent
additional certifications in customer service are a plus
