Bilingual Customer Service Representative

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls, emails, or chats in both Spanish and English
• Assist customers with general inquiries, account information, policy questions, and service requests
• Accurately document customer interactions and update information in internal systems
• Resolve issues professionally and escalate complex concerns as needed
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while meeting quality and performance metrics
• Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines

• Fluent in both Spanish and English (verbal and written)
• Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
• Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems while on calls
• Reliable, professional, and customer-focused

Insurance knowledge or experience is a plus, but training may be provided
