Bilingual Customer Service Representative

• Act as the first point of contact for new and existing members, providing accurate and timely support via phone and email
• Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries using various systems and tools
• Maintain the highest level of customer service and professionalism in every interaction.

• Fluency in both English and French is essential
• Proven experience in a customer service or call center role
• Must be able to pass the Federal Government's Enhanced Security Screening
• Strong computer skills with the ability to multitask across multiple screens and systems
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to work well under pressure
• Education: High School Diploma.

Any leadership or managerial experience from the customer service, banking, or finance industries is considered an asset.

• Competitive Pay: $48,000 annual salary
• Work arrangement: hybrid model (2 days in London Office)
