Job Responsibility:
Manage high-volume inbound inquiries via phone and email as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using SAP software
Provide technical troubleshooting for consumer electronics products to resolve customer issues efficiently
Maintain detailed customer records and interaction logs within the CRM system
Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to track shipments and provide delivery updates
Escalate complex technical or billing issues to the appropriate internal departments
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and professional customer care
Participate in continuous product training to stay updated on the latest consumer electronics innovations
Requirements:
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a dedicated customer service or customer care role
Proven experience using SAP in a professional environment is mandatory
Full bilingualism (English/French) with high proficiency in written and oral French
Experience with Genesis telephony or communication platforms
Asset: Previous experience with Concentrix C4C (Cloud for Customer)
Ability to commute to the Mississauga office 4 days per week
Educational background in business administration or a related field is preferred
Professionalism and empathy when handling sensitive customer situations

Quick learner capable of mastering new software and product specifications rapidly
