Bilingual Customer Service Representative

• Assist customers in both Spanish and English by answering questions, resolving issues, and providing clear guidance over the phone
• Manage a steady flow of inbound calls while also making outbound follow-up calls as needed to address customer requests or obtain additional information
• Accurately document customer interactions, update account details, and enter service-related information into internal systems
• Support mortgage servicing inquiries with a high level of care and attention to compliance requirements
• Deliver a positive customer experience by handling concerns efficiently and escalating complex matters when appropriate
• Apply banking or financial services knowledge to explain processes, respond to account-related questions, and assist with service requests

• Fluency in both Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both languages
• Previous experience in customer service, call center operations, banking, or a related support environment
• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced setting while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
• Willingness and ability to obtain required licensing, including passing the necessary exam and meeting applicable state requirements
• Strong data entry and documentation skills with close attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent required
