Bilingual customer service representative

• Taking inbound calls from customers
• Setting up or adding new customers into CRM & SAP
• Process quotes and verify orders using Automated Sales Order Process
• Generate returns, resolve pricing and shipping discrepancies
• Verify stock levels, work closely with all departments and offer support to sales team
• Process complaints
• Perform basic accounting tasks, generate statements, invoices, credits, and rebills when required
• Provide top-notch customer service on every call

• 2+ years in a customer service call centre role
• SAP experience is required
• Salesforece, nice to have
• MS Office Proficiency
• Typing speed of 45 WPM
• Excellent communication skills
• Tech-savvy
• Process driven
• Team player
