We are looking for a bilingual customer service representative to join our client based in Laval. This is your chance to work with a very well reputed company in the financial services sector. As a member of the customer service team, you will support a range of client-focused activities and contribute to ensuring a smooth and responsive service experience in line with company standards.
Job Responsibility:
Handle various forms of communication with internal and external contacts
Provide information and support on different client-related inquiries
Assist with account updates and service adjustments in accordance with internal guidelines
Record interactions and maintain accurate records using internal systems
Generate and send documents as needed
Ensure compliance with internal processes and service expectations
Contribute to departmental projects and initiatives
Support onboarding and knowledge-sharing activities
Engage in training and ongoing skill development
Offer assistance across teams when required
Perform other related duties as needed
Requirements:
At least 2 years of relevant work experience in customer service
Any experience in the financial or banking sector will be considered an asset
Bilingual (English and French) in order to be able to serve customers in all provinces, both written and orally
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and ability to solve problems
Action-oriented
Good knowledge of the Office suite and Salesforce (an asset)
Nice to have:
