Job Responsibility:
Promptly and professionally answering incoming calls and web chats from clients

Consistently maintaining established performance levels and quality standards
Identifying and responding to specific customer needs with creative solutions
Requirements:
A minimum of 1 years of relevant work experience
Complete fluency in both French and English, both spoken and written
A high school diploma is required, though a college diploma is preferred
Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and digital communication tools
Proven ability to listen with empathy while providing excellent service
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work well within a team
