We are hiring for a Customer Service Representative role within a dynamic investment company. In this position, you will be a key point of contact, supporting either our direct customers or the Financial Advisors and employees within our Credit Union (CU Wealth) division. While most support is provided over the phone, you will also assist clients via email and online chat. We are looking for positive, empathetic individuals who "live and breathe" customer service and consistently go above and beyond to provide an outstanding experience.
Job Responsibility:
Support Credit Unions and Customers - problem-solving, info, docs
Support clients -explain account opening
Typically support 2 of: Online, MFDA, IIROC, QTrade
Support 80-85% internal & Credit Unions, 15-20% Clients
Answer calls, chats, and emails, and make them happy by fixing their problems
Follow up whenever needed and before our customers have to
Requirements:
Fluent speaking in English and French
Call center support
A bit of tech savvy mixed in (they will use various systems, look up documents, etc.)
Excellent Customer service, very good communication, friendly, problem solver and positive attitude
Good listener
Nice to have:
A post-secondary education in financial administration or services
Completion of the Investment Funds Course (IFIC) or the Canadian Securities Course (CSC)
Experience in the financial services industry
Banking or retail people, especially in customer service, prior teachers or caregivers, people with volunteer service (best if they come from companies known for excellent customer service – think Disney, Starbucks, etc.)
