Job Description:

The Customer Service Representative III supports the administrative management of company's Québec’s non-regulated activities while delivering excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibility:

  • Participate in the administrative management of company's Québec’s non-regulated activities
  • Respond to inquiries from internal and/or external customers, installers, service contractors, etc. while maintaining positive relationships with them
  • Data entry for rental equipment in various systems
  • Follow up with customers in a timely manner when required
  • Perform detailed analysis of various reports
  • Perform other related administrative duties, as needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative, clerical, or data entry role
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • High School Diploma
  • Must be fluent in French (speaking, reading, writing)
  • Proficient knowledge of English (speaking, reading, writing)
  • Strong attention to detail, efficient data entry skills, and professional communication

Liaise with Army Staff, Department of Defense (DOD) and Department of the Army (DA) Legislative Affairs, and major Army commands for CPE Aviation’s posture on all activities.
