We are seeking Bilingual Customer Service Representatives I, Spanish to support a remote customer service program. This role is ideal for candidates who are professional, reliable, customer-focused, and comfortable assisting callers in both English and Spanish.
Job Responsibility:
Provide customer service support in a remote call center environment
Assist callers with questions, account information, program details, and general inquiries
Communicate clearly and professionally in both English and Spanish
Document calls and customer interactions accurately
Follow established procedures, scripts, and compliance guidelines
Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and quality standards
Participate in and successfully complete the required 3-week training program
Requirements:
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required
Must be available for training Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM EST
Must be available to work during operation hours from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM EST
Maryland residency strongly preferred
Prior customer service, call center, healthcare, benefits, or administrative support experience preferred
Strong communication, listening, and data entry skills
Ability to work remotely with reliable internet and a professional workspace
Dependable attendance and punctuality are required
