Job Description

We are seeking Bilingual Customer Service Representatives I, Spanish to support a remote customer service program. This role is ideal for candidates who are professional, reliable, customer-focused, and comfortable assisting callers in both English and Spanish.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide customer service support in a remote call center environment
  • Assist callers with questions, account information, program details, and general inquiries
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in both English and Spanish
  • Document calls and customer interactions accurately
  • Follow established procedures, scripts, and compliance guidelines
  • Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and quality standards
  • Participate in and successfully complete the required 3-week training program

Requirements

  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required
  • Must be available for training Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM EST
  • Must be available to work during operation hours from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM EST
  • Maryland residency strongly preferred
  • Prior customer service, call center, healthcare, benefits, or administrative support experience preferred
  • Strong communication, listening, and data entry skills
  • Ability to work remotely with reliable internet and a professional workspace
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality are required
