We are seeking three (3) Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to join a brand-new department within a premier national loyalty program. This is a 100% remote opportunity to support members across Canada from the comfort of your home.
Job Responsibility:
Process new redemption orders and coordinate replacements for damaged or lost items
Assist members with loyalty point balances, site navigation, and fraud concerns
Navigate internal channels to ensure complex inquiries are resolved 'right the first time'
Maintain precise records of all customer interactions within the CRM
Requirements:
Fluent in both French and English
Experience managing a high daily call flow
Previous loyalty/rewards experience is a plus
'Digital native' capable of navigating MS Teams, Outlook, and Excel while managing specialized call center software
Open to coaching and eager to use feedback
Reliable personal PC/laptop available for use during first week of onboarding and training
High-speed, hard-wired (Ethernet) connection is mandatory
