Are you a confident communicator who thrives in a high-energy environment? We are seeking three (3) Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to join a brand-new department within a premier national loyalty program. This is a 100% remote opportunity to support members across Canada from the comfort of your home.

Job Responsibility

  • Process new redemption orders and coordinate replacements for damaged or lost items
  • Assist members with loyalty point balances, site navigation, and fraud concerns
  • Navigate internal channels to ensure complex inquiries are resolved 'right the first time'
  • Maintain precise records of all customer interactions within the CRM

Requirements

  • Fluent in both French and English
  • Experience managing a high daily call flow
  • Previous loyalty/rewards experience is a plus
  • 'Digital native' capable of navigating MS Teams, Outlook, and Excel while managing specialized call center software
  • Open to coaching and eager to use feedback
  • Reliable personal PC/laptop available for use during first week of onboarding and training
  • High-speed, hard-wired (Ethernet) connection is mandatory
