Are you a confident communicator who thrives in a high-energy environment? We are seeking three (3) Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to join a brand-new department within a premier national loyalty program. This is a 100% remote opportunity to support members across Canada from the comfort of your home.

Job Responsibility

  • Order Management: Process new redemption orders and coordinate replacements for damaged or lost items
  • Account Advocacy: Assist members with loyalty point balances, site navigation, and fraud concerns
  • Problem Solving: Navigate internal channels to ensure complex inquiries are resolved right the first time
  • Documentation: Maintain precise records of all customer interactions within the CRM

Requirements

  • Fluent in both French and English
  • Comfortable handling a high volume of French-speaking callers
  • Experience managing a high daily call flow (previous loyalty/rewards experience is a plus)
  • A digital native capable of navigating MS Teams, Outlook, and Excel while managing specialized call center software
