Job Responsibility
Order Management: Process new redemption orders and coordinate replacements for damaged or lost items
Account Advocacy: Assist members with loyalty point balances, site navigation, and fraud concerns
Problem Solving: Navigate internal channels to ensure complex inquiries are resolved right the first time
Documentation: Maintain precise records of all customer interactions within the CRM
Requirements
Fluent in both French and English
Comfortable handling a high volume of French-speaking callers
Experience managing a high daily call flow (previous loyalty/rewards experience is a plus)
A digital native capable of navigating MS Teams, Outlook, and Excel while managing specialized call center software
