We are partnering with a premier North American business solutions provider to hire two Bilingual Customer Service Agents for their Winnipeg operations. This role is a "FLUBI" position—designed for high-energy professionals who can seamlessly pivot between high-volume customer interactions and meticulous, "heads-down" data entry.
Job Responsibility:
Handle inbound and outbound calls in both French and English with clarity and professionalism
Perform detailed offline data entry, ensuring 100% accuracy in our records
Assess customer needs, provide solutions, and manage inquiries or complaints with a positive attitude
Seamlessly pivot between active call queues and critical documentation tasks
Requirements:
Mandatory 5/5 fluency in both French and English (verbal and written)
1+ years of experience in a phone-based customer service or call center environment
An eagle eye for data accuracy and the ability to pass rigorous data-entry testing
Advanced computer skills, fast/accurate typing, and the ability to navigate multiple software systems simultaneously
A strong work ethic and the ability to work fully on-site at the Winnipeg office location
