Job Responsibility

Handle guest contacts via phone, email, SMS, and online messaging 24/7
Listen, respond, and take action on guest inquiries

Demonstrate exceptional communication skills in managing both internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring timely follow-ups on all quotations
