Job Responsibility:
Troubleshooting and resolving inquiries via phone and email with creativity and speed
Delivering high-touch service to ensure a world-class experience for clients across Canada
Communicating regularly with English-speaking clients outside of Quebec to support a national network
Actively participating in workshops to sharpen professional and technical skills
Requirements:
Professional fluency in both English and French (written and oral)
Strong Microsoft Office skills and the ability to multitask across digital platforms
Previous experience in Customer Service or a Call Center environment
A proven ability to investigate problems and make confident, timely decisions
Valid status to work in Canada
Ability to obtain Government Reliability Clearance
