Job Responsibility:
Effectively troubleshoot/resolve telephone/email inquiries using various systems and tools in a timely fashion
Provide accurate responses to existing and new members while maintaining the highest level of customer service
Actively participate in an ongoing learning environment where you’ll receive developmental opportunities
Requirements:
2+ years in a high-volume Call Center or Customer Experience (CX) role
Absolute fluency (5/5) in both English and French
Highly tech-savvy
able to multitask across several complex systems
Residing in QC or NB
Have status to work in Canada at the time of application
Successfully complete the enhanced government screening process
Pass a criminal background check
Pass a credit check
Pass a reliability clearance check, which requires applicants to have maintained 5 continuous years of residency in Canada at the time of application
