We are looking to hire the right person to join an amazing team as a full time Bilingual Customer Relations Specialist. As a Bilingual Customer Relations Specialist you will be responsible for providing courteous, accurate and timely responses to incoming inquiries. Are you passionate about helping people? Do you like to problem solve and be creative with solutions? Do you have excellent communication skills in English and French? If you answered yes to these questions, then we are looking for you to join a dynamic team in Downtown, Montreal. Position: Bilingual Customer Relations Specialist - Full time, Permanent opportunity. Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday- 6:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST (Must be flexible to work 8 hours during that time) Location: Downtown, Montreal Hybrid - 2 day in Office, 3 days from home Salary: $49,000 - $51, 500 Candidate must further satisfy the following criteria to be eligible for the role: - Have status to work in Canada at the time of application - Successfully complete the enhanced government screening process ... - Pass a criminal background check - Pass a credit check - Pass a reliability clearance check, which requires applicants to have maintained 5 continuous years of residency in Canada at the time of application. This requirement is not dependent upon your immigration, residency, or citizenship status. All offers will be conditional upon successful confirmation of this criteria. Our Client operates all across Canada. This company takes all reasonable means to limit the number of positions in Quebec that require knowledge of a language other than French, and only requires this where it is necessary and its existing bilingual employees are unable to fulfil these job duties. Based on an assessment conducted by our client, it has been determined that this position requires candidates to be fluent in English (oral and written). In particular, this position will require the employee to communicate with English speaking clients located outside Quebec on a daily/regular basis

  • Provide accurate responses to existing and new members while maintaining the highest level of customer service
