We are seeking a Bilingual Credit Administrator to join our client's dynamic team for a 3-month contract. In this hybrid role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting both English and French-speaking customers, ensuring seamless communication, and assisting with essential credit administration duties. Job Responsibility

  • Conducting credit reference checks for new and reactivated customer accounts
  • Managing outbound daily reference calls in a professional manner
  • Providing bilingual (French/English) email support, including sending invoice copies and account statements
  • Reaching out to customers regarding pending orders due to outdated credit card information using approved scripts
  • Supporting English credit reference checks as workload permits
  • Accurately updating customer profiles, contact info, and account notes within internal systems
  • Maintaining the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive customer and credit data.

Requirements

  • Full professional fluency in both French and English (written and verbal)
  • Previous experience in a dedicated customer service or call-center role
  • Experience in credit, billing, or accounts receivable (AR) is considered a strong asset
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with ERP system, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 2012 (an asset)
  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
  • A reliable self-starter who works well independently but loves contributing to a team.
