Job Description

We are seeking a Bilingual Craft Recruiter to support rapid growth across our commercial construction projects. This role is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and onboarding skilled craft labor (e.g., electricians, carpenters, concrete workers, HVAC technicians) while ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience. This position plays a critical role in keeping projects staffed, timelines on track, and field teams operating at full capacity.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for high-volume craft roles across multiple job sites
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of skilled trades through community outreach, referrals, job boards, and partnerships
  • Conduct bilingual (English/Spanish) interviews, screenings, and onboarding coordination
  • Partner closely with project managers and field leadership to understand workforce needs and timelines
  • Track recruiting activity, candidate flow, and hiring metrics within SuccessFactors
  • Coordinate hiring events, job fairs, and workforce initiatives targeting skilled labor markets
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, safety standards, and company hiring practices
  • Improve time-to-fill and quality-of-hire through data-driven recruiting strategies

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in construction, skilled trades, or high-volume environments
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Experience with ATS platforms
  • SuccessFactors experience strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of commercial construction roles and job site dynamics
  • Ability to travel locally to job sites, hiring events, and community outreach initiatives
