  • Order Management: Execute accurate data entry and end-to-end order processing within SAP
  • Logistics Coordination: Manage product transfers between branches and oversee the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process
  • Administrative Support: Collaborate with the operations team to follow up on reports and coordinate with suppliers
  • Client Advocacy: Ensure every customer at the counter receives a solution perfectly tailored to their technical needs
