We are seeking a high-caliber CPA who is tired of being a 'back-office function' and is ready to be a Growth Partner. Reporting directly to the CEO, you won’t just report on the past; you will architect the future of the accounting department, revamping workflows and serving as a change agent for a scaling organization.

Job Responsibility:

  • Partner with CEO on high-level financial modeling and capital allocation
  • Oversee full accounting cycle (treasury, audits, fixed assets, insurance)
  • Turn complex financial data into compelling narratives
  • Deliver KPIs and quarterly reports
  • Stay ahead of Canadian GAAP and tax laws
  • Coordinate with external auditors
  • Ensure precision in government filings
  • Lead and mentor team members

Requirements:

  • University degree in Finance/Accounting
  • CPA designation
  • 5+ years of management experience leading teams through change or growth
  • Professional-level fluency in both French and English (written and spoken)
  • ERP power user
  • Excel expert
  • High emotional intelligence
