Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to help capture, catalogue, and govern knowledge
  • Utilize content management systems (CMS) to review, publish and keep content up to date efficiently
  • Write and edit complex information into clear, usable content when needed (i.e., policies, processes, reference guides)
  • Drive application of content standards across various platforms, ensuring accuracy and alignment with guidelines for each copy
  • Analyze content performance metrics and provide insights to improve Knowledge Management strategy

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Critical thinking and autonomy: self-starter, proactive, ability to identify cause and effect, suggest logical next steps based on objectives
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail: ability to keep track of content changes across multiple teams, stakeholders, regions, and identify minor gaps or mistakes
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual French/English

Nice to have:

  • Experience using content management systems (CMS), such as Adobe Experience Manager
  • Experience in content management or a similar role
  • Project management skills and experience with agile methodologies
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or a related field
  • Basic understanding (or curiosity to learn about) AI and LLMs
