• Support the resolution of pending client matters
• Facilitate agreements and coordinate with various stakeholders

• 3 years of experience in a commercial collections, understanding of equipment recovery
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Managing a portfolio of commercial accounts with a focus on secured assets
• Negotiating repayment plans and navigating the complexities of asset-backed loans
• Collaborating with internal teams to streamline the recovery process
• Maintaining professional communication with clients in both French and English
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Good problem-solving and negotiation abilities
• Proficient with commonly used office software
