Job Responsibility:

Manage inbound and outbound calls to verify and process daily transactions on client accounts
Ensure transactions are accurately recorded and validated
Collaborate with other departments by responding to inquiries about client account transactions
Record payments promptly in the accounts receivable system, adhering to established timelines
Reconcile account balances, identify discrepancies, monitor overpayments, and prepare refund requests as needed

Requirements:

Exceptional oral and written communication skills in both French and English
At least one year of experience in a similar role, including customer service and collections
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
A high school diploma (DES), college diploma (DEC), or a bachelor's degree
