Job Description:

The Bilingual Client Service Representative – Outreach provides in-person community outreach, education, and enrollment assistance to beneficiaries. This role involves presentations, data entry, and direct support related to managed care enrollment and program education.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct face-to-face outreach and enrollment services
  • Present managed care options and assist beneficiaries with plan usage
  • Support enrollment, disenrollment, medical exemptions, and waivers
  • Enter and transmit enrollment data accurately per HCO guidelines
  • Document daily activity in CRM systems
  • Build positive relationships with county staff, community groups, and clients
  • Attend community events and health fairs as needed
  • Meet production, quality, and compliance standards

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (read, write, speak)
  • Knowledge of local community
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic computer systems
  • Typing speed of 25+ WPM
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the county
