The Bilingual Client Service Representative – Outreach provides in-person community outreach, education, and enrollment assistance to beneficiaries. This role involves presentations, data entry, and direct support related to managed care enrollment and program education.
Job Responsibility:
Conduct face-to-face outreach and enrollment services
Present managed care options and assist beneficiaries with plan usage
Support enrollment, disenrollment, medical exemptions, and waivers
Enter and transmit enrollment data accurately per HCO guidelines
Document daily activity in CRM systems
Build positive relationships with county staff, community groups, and clients
Attend community events and health fairs as needed
Meet production, quality, and compliance standards
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Fluent in English and Spanish (read, write, speak)
Knowledge of local community
Proficient in MS Office and basic computer systems
Typing speed of 25+ WPM
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the county
Nice to have:
Human services or public-facing experience
Outreach, presentation, or community education experience
Experience working with low-income or diverse populations
