Randstad, the world's leading partner for talent, is seeking an Client Development Manager to support all of Canada, with a focus on prospecting and landing new mid-market accounts for our Professional Customer Care and Business Administration Team . At Randstad, you will be identifying and building relationships with new contacts, generating new business, selling our services, growing your accounts, and driving results. You will be based out of the GTA.
Job Responsibility:
Successfully prospect and generate revenue with national mid size accounts
Drive new business development by identifying, prospecting, and securing new client partnerships through diverse sales strategies
Cultivate and expand existing client relationships to increase market share and identify cross-selling opportunities
Negotiate and manage staffing agreements and contracts, including client bill rates and candidate pay rates
Maintain accurate client information and activity tracking within company systems to ensure effective sales process management and reporting
Develop and maintain centralized customer intelligence repository inclusive of organizational charts, media clips, annual reports, current news releases, vertical market analysis, etc., and disseminate amongst the entire client service team
Requirements:
2-5 years of demonstrated B2B business development and/or client account expansion success in the GTA market with exposure to complex and long sales cycles
Bilingual in English and French, professional proficiency
Proven success in a very fast-paced, team environment
Strong interpersonal communication and influencing skills
Ability to make decisions, take direction, and execute a plan
Execute the activities that will gain results (lots of outbound cold calls, virtual, and on-site client meetings)
Negotiate pricing to ensure maximum return on quality solutions
A degree in Business Administration is highly desirable
Demonstrated reliance and a history of being results oriented
Must be able to work in the office at least 3 days a week
The position requires you to visit client sites located in areas where public transportation may not be available
