Job Responsibility:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication and personalized service
  • Identify client needs and offer tailored solutions to drive satisfaction and loyalty
  • Manage incoming inquiries and outbound follow-ups in a timely, courteous, and efficient manner
  • Support the sales team by preparing quotes, processing orders, and ensuring seamless after-sales service
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, operations) to guarantee client success
  • Accurately maintain client records, update CRM tools, and monitor KPIs and service levels
  • Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities based on client needs and business goals
  • Proactively problem-solve and handle client escalations with a positive, solution-oriented approach

Requirements:

  • Bilingualism (French & English) — both spoken and written is mandatory
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, retail sales, or client-facing roles
  • Experience in a high-volume environment (retail, call center, or inside sales) is an asset
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • A client-first attitude with problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
