• Taking inbound customer service inquiries regarding medical insurance policies
• Provide knowledgeable assistance to clients over the phone and some email
• Create a warm and pleasant experience for clients
• Achieve quality service by assessing & responding to client needs
• Capturing call/email details into a case-tracking system
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships

• Excellent communication skills in English and French (verbal and written)
• Minimum 2 years previous experience in Customer service or call centre is required
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Tech savvy and working knowledge of computers
• Full-time and flexible availability
• Wired internet connection (Ethernet cable)
