We are looking for a Bilingual Chinese Administrative Assistant who can facilitate smooth office operations and effective communication between Chinese- and English-speaking stakeholders.

Job Responsibility:

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors in both Mandarin and English
  • Translate and interpret communications, documents, and reports
  • Maintain digital and physical filing systems
  • Manage calendars, meeting invites, and travel arrangements
  • Support teams with data entry and administrative projects
  • Liaise with vendors and prepare purchase orders as needed

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Mandarin (or Cantonese) and English, both written and spoken
