Job Responsibility:

  • Greet and assist visitors and callers, liaising professionally in both English and Chinese
  • Serve as a key point of contact for Chinese-speaking clients, suppliers, and partners
  • Translate, prepare, and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed
  • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and organize travel arrangements
  • Maintain accurate and confidential filing systems and records
  • Support data entry, invoice processing, and expense reporting
  • Help with supply ordering and general office administration functions
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, providing administrative support across departments

Requirements:

  • Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese)
