Provide direct support to clients navigating social services. Manage cases, connect clients to resources, and ensure clear communication across language and cultural barriers.
Job Responsibility:
Conduct client intake, assessments, and ongoing case management
Connect clients with appropriate resources, benefits, and community services
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions
Serve as a liaison for Farsi/Dari/Pashto-speaking clients, facilitating clear understanding and access to services
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to provide comprehensive client support
Advocate for clients and assist with navigating complex social service systems
Requirements:
Fluency in Farsi, Dari, or Pashto (spoken and written) required
Experience in case management, social work, or related fields preferred
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse populations
Familiarity with community resources and social services programs a plus
Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information
