Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and culturally competent Case Specialist fluent in Farsi, Dari, or Pashto to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide case management support, assist clients with accessing critical resources, and help navigate complex social services systems. This role requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and attention to detail.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide case management services to clients, including intake, assessment, and follow-up
  • Assist clients in accessing resources, benefits, and services tailored to their individual needs
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and case progress
  • Serve as a cultural and linguistic bridge, ensuring clear communication for Farsi/Dari/Pashto-speaking clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams and community partners to provide comprehensive support
  • Advocate for clients’ needs and connect them with additional support programs as necessary

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Farsi, Dari, or Pashto (spoken and written)
  • Experience in case management, social work, or related field preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
  • Knowledge of community resources and social services programs is a plus
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
