We are looking for a Bilingual Case Manager to support client-focused services in California. This contract opportunity with potential for a permanent role is ideal for someone who can balance administrative coordination with direct support for individuals needing community-based assistance. The person in this role will help organize case activity, respond to client needs, and contribute to a collaborative team environment centered on quality service delivery.
Job Responsibility:
Meet with clients to evaluate immediate and ongoing needs, then create individualized service approaches that support progress
Manage active caseloads by monitoring client situations, providing consistent follow-up, and responding appropriately during urgent or high-stress circumstances
Guide individuals toward relevant support programs, including housing assistance, medical care, job resources, and behavioral health services
Prepare and maintain thorough case records, service updates, and supporting documentation in alignment with program standards and funding expectations
Coordinate with community partners and internal staff to ensure services are delivered efficiently and client needs are addressed holistically
Handle scheduling, calendar coordination, and other administrative tasks that keep daily operations organized and responsive
Answer inbound calls, address inquiries professionally, and route requests to the appropriate team members or external resources
Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay informed on program practices, compliance expectations, and service improvements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, or a related discipline, or comparable practical experience
Previous experience supporting case management activities or working with vulnerable or underserved populations is preferred
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage documentation, appointments, and multiple priorities effectively
Ability to remain compassionate, composed, and flexible when working in challenging or time-sensitive situations
Clear written and verbal communication skills for client interaction, documentation, and team collaboration
Experience with administrative support functions such as scheduling, calendar management, and handling inbound calls
Bilingual or multilingual communication skills are welcomed and considered an asset
