Job Responsibility:
Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to clients in both English and Spanish
Provide prompt and accurate information, resolve customer issues, and document all interactions in the CRM system
Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and account details
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when needed
Maintain professionalism, empathy, and adherence to company policies at all times
Identify opportunities for process improvements based on customer feedback
Requirements:
Previous experience in a call center or high-volume customer service setting
Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages
Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM or call center software preferred
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
