Job Description

To provide regional administrative and operational support for DC Operations through a team of coordinators focused on process efficiency, compliance, communication, and execution support.

Job Responsibility

  • Vendor Sourcing — Identify, evaluate, and onboard qualified vendors
  • maintain vendor pipeline and manage supplier relationships in alignment with Microsoft procurement standards
  • Contracting — Support end-to-end contract lifecycle including drafting, review, execution, and renewals
  • ensure compliance with legal and sourcing requirements
  • ADO Ticket Management — Create, assign, track, and resolve Azure DevOps tickets
  • maintain accurate ticket status and documentation
  • escalate blockers in a timely manner
  • Reporting — Develop and maintain operational reports and dashboards
  • deliver regular cadence reporting to stakeholders on KPIs, spend, and project status
  • Pricing Reviews — Conduct periodic pricing analysis and benchmarking
  • support cost validation activities and flag anomalies or opportunities for savings
  • Business Process Support — Document, optimize, and execute standard operating procedures
  • assist in process improvement initiatives and support cross-functional workflows
  • Financial & Budget Support — Assist with end-to-end purchase order creation and management, invoice reconciliation, and budget tracking activities
  • Stakeholder Coordination — Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external vendors

Requirements

Must be fluent (written and verbal) in Spanish, Portuguese, or French with the ability to review and interpret supplier quotes and contracts.
