We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Bilingual Billing Account Analyst - Contact Center to join our Contact Center team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional service by supporting customers and brokers with billing inquiries, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across all communication channels.
Job Responsibility:
Provide 'first in class' service to customers and brokers by handling billing telephone inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies in collaboration with brokers and underwriters
Communicate clearly and empathetically via telephone and email to resolve issues and describe available programs/services
Interpret and identify customer needs to respond appropriately and professionally
Obtain relevant information systematically to ensure a seamless interaction during every inquiry
Take ownership of customer relations through dedicated service and commitment to follow through
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in a contact center or a similar customer service environment
Must be fluent in French and English
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and various web-based programs/Windows applications
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Exceptional telephone/email etiquette and strong interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze and resolve customer concerns effectively
Attendance and punctuality are essential for success in this role
