Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Bilingual Billing Account Analyst - Contact Center to join our Contact Center team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional service by supporting customers and brokers with billing inquiries, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across all communication channels.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide 'first in class' service to customers and brokers by handling billing telephone inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies in collaboration with brokers and underwriters
  • Communicate clearly and empathetically via telephone and email to resolve issues and describe available programs/services
  • Interpret and identify customer needs to respond appropriately and professionally
  • Obtain relevant information systematically to ensure a seamless interaction during every inquiry
  • Take ownership of customer relations through dedicated service and commitment to follow through

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a contact center or a similar customer service environment
  • Must be fluent in French and English
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and various web-based programs/Windows applications
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Exceptional telephone/email etiquette and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze and resolve customer concerns effectively
  • Attendance and punctuality are essential for success in this role
