Job Description:

As a Bilingual BackOffice Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for BackOffice activities and inbound calls and/or e-mails of customers for different line of business all around Mexico and USA.

Job Responsibility:

Handle middle and Backoffice activities as well as various member services inquiries and transactions by actively listening to customers calling
Develop an extensive and solid knowledge of our products in order to provide timely and accurate information to our customers
Achieve individual quality and productivity targets and contribute to overall team KPI’s

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or High School degree
Excellent communication skills
Customer service oriented
Advanced English (written and spoken level)
Experience in Customer Service or related is a plus

Nice to have:

Experience in Customer Service or related

What we offer:

Direct hiring
Schedules: 6:00 am to 2:00 pm with 2 days off a week (Saturday and Sunday)
Base salary of $13,711 MXN (before taxes)
$1,400 MXN in food coupons
