Job Description

seeking a detail-oriented Bilingual Administrative Support Specialist to join its team in Long Island City, NY. This role is ideal for an administrative professional with strong analytical skills who is comfortable working in a fast-paced support environment. The position will involve assisting drivers at the customer service window, researching payment-related issues, and maintaining accurate information in Excel.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide front-line support at the customer service window alongside two other team members
  • Assist drivers with payment-related inquiries and resolve issues related to delayed or missing payments
  • Research and gather the appropriate information needed to address driver concerns
  • Maintain and update tracking information in Excel spreadsheets
  • Perform administrative and analytical support tasks as needed
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with drivers and internal team members

Requirements

  • Bilingual in Bangla/Bengali required
  • Prior administrative, customer service, or analytical support experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with spreadsheets
  • Ability to manage a steady volume of in-person inquiries, approximately 10–20 drivers per day
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills
