Job Responsibility
Provide front-line support at the customer service window alongside two other team members
Assist drivers with payment-related inquiries and resolve issues related to delayed or missing payments
Research and gather the appropriate information needed to address driver concerns
Maintain and update tracking information in Excel spreadsheets
Perform administrative and analytical support tasks as needed
Communicate clearly and professionally with drivers and internal team members
Requirements
Bilingual in Bangla/Bengali required
Prior administrative, customer service, or analytical support experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with spreadsheets
Ability to manage a steady volume of in-person inquiries, approximately 10–20 drivers per day
