Job Description:

We are seeking a Bilingual Administrative Clerk for a Local Government entity to provide essential administrative support to the organization, assisting with a variety of clerical tasks while facilitating communication with clients, customers, and colleagues in two or more languages. This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who thrive in fast-paced office environments and are comfortable handling confidential information.

Job Responsibility:

  • Serve as the primary front-office contact for residents, providing bilingual (English/Spanish) assistance
  • Respond to inquiries, process forms, route calls, and direct visitors to appropriate departments
  • Maintain accurate filing systems (electronic and physical)
  • Support permit processing, document management, and departmental communications
  • Assist with data entry, appointment scheduling, and records updates in government systems

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and Spanish
