Our team is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bilingual Administrative Clerk to support daily office functions within a local government environment. Job Responsibility

  • Serve as the primary front-office contact for residents, providing bilingual (English/Spanish) assistance
  • Respond to inquiries, process forms, route calls, and direct visitors to appropriate departments
  • Maintain accurate filing systems (electronic and physical)
  • Support permit processing, document management, and departmental communications
  • Assist with data entry, appointment scheduling, and records updates in government systems

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • 1+ year administrative or clerical experience
