We are looking for a detail-oriented Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts. This is a long-term contract position that requires strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting daily administrative operations while ensuring excellent customer service.
Job Responsibility:
Manage administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document organization to support office efficiency
Handle receptionist duties, including welcoming visitors and answering phone calls with attention to detail
Assist with lease-related documentation and processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Translate documents and communications from English to Spanish and vice versa, ensuring clarity and accuracy
Maintain and update records and databases to ensure information is current and accessible
Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings to facilitate smooth operations
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow and communication
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative assistance or a related role
Proficiency in both English and Spanish, including written and verbal communication
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle receptionist duties with professionalism
Familiarity with lease documentation and processes
Competence in data entry and file management
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
