Our company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Administrative Assistant (Spanish/English) for a contract-to-hire opportunity. Job Responsibility:
Serve as a key point of contact, managing correspondence and inquiries in both English and Spanish
Support scheduling, calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and document preparation
Assist with data entry, report generation, invoice processing, and filing documents
Translate emails, reports, and communications as needed to ensure accuracy and clarity
Navigate and update digital platforms such as CRM or workflow management systems
Contribute to cross-functional process improvements and team projects
Support onboarding for new hires and coordinate with HR or other teams as required
Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions
Requirements:
Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)
Proven administrative support experience, preferably in a contract or hybrid work environment
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Digital fluency and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and common workplace technologies
Ability to adapt quickly to new processes, tools, and team dynamics
