We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Bilingual Administrative Assistant fluent in both English and Spanish to join our team on a contract basis. This part-time role is ideal for someone who can seamlessly manage administrative tasks while supporting effective communication across our office. Job Responsibility:
Prepare, update, and maintain reports, schedules, and sensitive records with accuracy and confidentiality
Manage calendars by scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and ensuring timely communication
Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and ordering office supplies to ensure smooth operations
Serve as the primary liaison for communications between team members, clients, and vendors
Answer inbound calls professionally and assist with inquiries or direct them appropriately
Provide receptionist support by welcoming visitors and maintaining a positive office atmosphere
Assist with drafting correspondence and other documentation as needed
Actively participate in team projects and support other administrative duties assigned by management
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role
Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach
Nice to have:
Additional training or certifications are advantageous
Previous experience with receptionist duties and handling inbound calls is preferred
